What are your opening hours?
Our studio is open every day. We don’t have fixed opening hours like a regular gym — classes and private sessions run according to our schedule. You can always check the current timetable in our booking app.
Where is The Line located and is there parking available?
You can find us right in the heart of Tilburg. The easiest way to get to The Line is by foot, but for those who wish to come by bike or car we have a private parking at the back, at Wingerdhoek. We recommend checking Google Maps for the best route.
Can I stop by without an appointment to take a look?
We’d love to show you around! You’re always welcome to visit between classes. Just keep in mind that our trainers might be teaching, so booking a short visit in advance ensures we have time for you.
Do you offer trial classes?
Absolutely. We offer an introductory package that lets you try our classes and get to know our trainers. If you decide to start a commitment membership during the two weeks of the introductory package, the value of your intro package will be refunded as a one-time gift.
How can I contact you?
You can reach us via email or the contact form on our website. For quick questions, you can also send us a message on whatsapp or give us a call.
🧾 Membership & Payment
How much does a membership cost?
You can find all current memberships, single sessions and packages directly in our booking app or on the pricing page of our website. Prices are transparent — what you see is what you get.
Do you offer different memberships or class packages?
Yes! We offer memberships for frequent movers, class packages for more flexibility, and single sessions if you just want to drop in. The more commitment you show, the cheaper the classes become!
How can I pause or cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership through your membership settings in our bookingapp, in line with our terms and conditions. Pausing is only possible in specific situations; during pregnancy and a long lasting injury — please reach out to our team if you need to discuss this.
Can I change my membership (upgrade)?
Yes, you can! We encourage upgrading your lifestyle so upgrading your membership is possible! Contact us before your next billing date and we’ll adjust your membership accordingly.
What happens if my automatic payment fails?
If your payment fails, the system will automatically retry after a few days. If it still doesn’t go through, your access may be temporarily paused until payment is completed.
Why does my (SEPA) bank transfer takes so long?
When paying by bank transfer, it can take up to two weeks for your payment to be processed. We understand that this can be a bit inconvenient when you’re eager to start training.
To bridge this waiting period, we offer a few single tickets (depending on our membership type) ate the same rate as your membership. Example: If you have a Commitment 4 membership (€79 per month), you can purchase 2 single tickets for €39.50.
💡 Tip: Pay these tickets with iDEAL or creditcard to activate them immediately.

Good to know:
Your membership becomes active once your payment has been fully processed.
For example, if you start your membership on January 15, it will be activated no later than January 29, and will then run from January 29 to February 28.

Do I need to book my class in advance?
Yes, all classes are booked through our app. This way we can guarantee the best experience and avoid overcrowding.
Which classes do you offer?
Our signature training concepts are Reformer Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, Skill X (functional circuit training), HIIT Boxing, Barre and soon we’ll be offering Hot Yoga as well. All are offered in both small group and personal training formats.
Do you offer personal training or nutrition guidance?
Yes! We offer 1-on-1 personal training, semi-private sessions, and lifestyle guidance to help you reach your goals in a sustainable way. Contact us for the possibilities
Are there changing rooms, showers and lockers available?
Yes, we have stylish changing rooms, showers and lockers available for all guests. We have water available on-site.
📱 App / Online Platform
Do you have an app or online platform for scheduling classes?
Yes! All classes, memberships and packages are managed through our booking app. You can download it HERE to create your account and start booking right away.
How do I create an account or log in?
Simply download the app, register with your email address, and you’re ready to go. Returning members can log in with the same details anytime.
Can I track my progress in the app?
Yes — especially in our HIIT classes (Skill X and HIIT Boxing), where you train with a heart rate monitor (ANT+ compatible). Your performance data is visible in your app after each session.
🧘♂️ Specific Groups
Is The Line suitable for beginners?
Definitely. Our trainers guide every level — from complete beginners to advanced movers. Each class can be adjusted to your pace and experience. Of course a personal route is possible as well; start with personal training before attending our classes, or choose a combination of both personal training and group class sessions are easily set up for you.
Do you offer guidance for injuries or rehabilitation?
We do and love to do so! This is where our strength is as a small boutique gym. Please let your trainer know about any injury or limitation before class, so we can adapt movements safely and effectively.
Can I train during pregnancy?
Yes, with some adjustments. Always inform your trainer before class — we’ll make sure your workout remains safe and supportive.
From what age can I become a member?
You can join The Line from the age of 16. For younger participants, please contact us to discuss the options.

Is there air conditioning or ventilation in the studio?
Yes, our studio is equipped with a professional air ventilation and climate control system to keep the space fresh and comfortable year-round.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi for all members and guests.
What are the studio rules?
Respect the space, the equipment, and each other. Arrive on time, wear grip socks for Pilates and Yoga, use indoor shoes and a heart rate monitor for HIIT, and always clean your equipment after use. That’s how we keep The Line spotless and enjoyable for everyone.
